  • Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
  • Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
